Can you explain the Service Request submit for Vacant Lots?

This is what I get when I get the definition list for vacant lots.

can you explain name, prompt, required, type, width, itemlist?

It means that there is no parameters required except address and optional description field.

Will try to figure out what Vacant lot means in general, and send info later today. You can also check src.dc.gov - current 311 web interface for public.

From what DCRA told me and what they instruct on there site is that
311 vacant lots are for residents to submit potential vacant lots/
properties

This SR type is for reporting issues with Vacant Lots (like trash or
overgrown grass, etc), but I don't see why you can't submit a new ones
using it. Just use description field to signal that it is suspected
vacant property.
