I've got response with error code 500 from

http://api.dc.gov/geocoding/v1/getFromLatLong.json?lat=38.905302&long=-77.030028&apikey=[my.app.key]

with the message: "Something happened."

Should be fixed now.

There was bug with MAR addresses where ROC or CLUSTER are empty.
