after we finished sorting the terms, i have moved them into different
tabs.
i am in the process of submitting DATA, DENRIE and ROLE terms to OBI.
i will work on the OBI side, and miss future meetings of OCI until the
spreadsheet is updated a bit more.
we need definitions for many terms, and someone to submit to other OBI
branches.

Then let's consider OCI in suspension until there is a need to meet.
If anyone has the time it sounds like working on the definitions for
the spreadsheet would be welcomed.
I will place a notice on the OCI wiki about this suspension.
