Hi, Christian! i'm hearing your nice presentation, and wondered if all the terms from the clinical report form you mention have been included in OCI?
we have finished classifying all the terms we have now, and having new terms would help us avoid having to provide definitions :-)

Hi Jennifer, I’d have to say mostly yes, OBI & OCI have terms that cover all terms we have in the ACGT, and then some. The real difference is that in some significant cases my views about their placement doesn’t really mesh with the mainstream OBI view J , which is why I didn’t really, at this point, bother making deeper and more rigorous comparisons. Feel free, on the other hand, to browse the ACGT MO: in case you find terms you think aren’t covered, feel free to bring them to my/our (meaning both OCI and ACGT) attention.
Cheers, and keep up the good work,
Christian
