I did some work on starting to convert an (for research purposes)
open source database of drugs, interactions, therapeutic classes,
etc. Called TopsDataDrug. If you are interested in poking at it, OWL
files are in the google group http://groups.google.com/group/hcls-
drugdb-eval

The group is currently private due to not wanting to deal with the
licensing issues yet. If you want to poke around join the group,
check out the first message re: licensing[1], and then look in the
recent messages[2] and files area of the group[3].
