Gave you all a few days off. You should look into the misuse of , I believe you call them P cards at Orange county solid waste.  And other Credit cards that may have been used at Lowes,Home Depot and other stores used by management and other employees. I was once questioned by a supervisor. That if I had knowledge of anyone who may of purchased a few chainsaws or if had even purchased them at a hardware store.  I of course did not. 

  After asking a few questions.  It was revealed that someone in the landfill side of the operation most likely was the culprit. Maybe someone in supervisor position. How much did that cost the taxpayer's. 

   How about the cross use of p cards between Solid waste and Fleet services. You might want to ask the past 2 supervisors  and possible the current supervisor of the Convenience centers How many times they went to Home Depot or Lowes for site supplies. Credit cards denied or could not go because bill was not paid or no money available for supplies. Sounds a little off to me.I witnessed this several times.  

     As you all know or should know Ferguson and Bradshaw Quarry. Have Porta-Johns. No running water.On several occasions,  they went weeks with not being serviced. Someone at solid waste responsible for paying for them would 

not . This can create a very big health risk for employees.  Having to hold a bottle of water between your legs to wash your hands. Un sanitary conditions.

     All you need to do is follow the money and misuse use of funds.

             Sorry I keep having to do this.

       Next time  a reveal of HHW. Household Hazardous Waste. Possibly hunders of thousands of dollars spent!!!
