Hi Craig
The followig is a description of a fulltime/perm position in Aliso Viejo,
CA for a Front end Web Developer. Salary: $60-90k/yr. Start date is ASAP.

Responsibilities
Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop
high-performance web architectures
Create object-oriented client-side user interfaces and server-side
integration points
Optimize application scalability through efficient coding techniques
Enhance user experience by ensuring cross-browser/platform
compatibility
Establish and enforce strict coding standards
Identify and communicate software development best practices
Play an integral role in decision making throughout all stages of the
development life cycle
Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to overall goal on a
regular basis
Requirements
5+ years of experience developing dynamic, data-driven web
applications
Expertise in PHP, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for common UI
components in CSS and Javascript
Ability to create interfaces that are fast, consistent across
browsers, and demonstrate an intimate knowledge of browser quirks and best
practices
Extremely detail-oriented down to pixel-perfect implementation
Experience crafting efficient, optimized, and speed-minded code
Be an innovative, detail-oriented problem solver
Desire to prototype and implement new ideas and technologies
Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
B.A./B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience with web security best practices a definite plus
Experience working with Flash Actionscript a plus
