Urgent...Tandem bicycle needed !!!

Hey Peeps,

My friend Nancy from Bend and her Seeing  Guide dog are getting a ride with OA member Bonnie from Portland, but they can't transport her tandem. She is coming to practice and teach me to be her Captain, we are racing in the co-motion tandem stage race in Eugene in two weeks. She will also help out with the Tour d'Organics this sunday and we might be able to ride it. She is 5ft stoker,  me 5ft 6 in. Captain. If she can't reach the ground that may be okay as long as the seat can be low enough.

Please!!! If you can loan us a tandem from August 20-26 to practice while she is here in Sebastopol, I would be forever grateful. We will have her tandem in Eugene which interesting enough is set up so she (stoker) does all the shifting. That will be different! and only one day to practice there on that bike....COOL!!

I need to know by wed. evening, if we don't have a bike she is not going to come and I will just meet her in Eugene. Please put this out to anyone you know who might be able to help.
