TIP public hearing 12/3

While I have no idea if anyone is tracking this at the CTC, I thought it best to ensure at least the NUPTA list knows about a public hearing Thurs evening at RIPTA hq on proposed TIP amendments from RIPTA and RIDOT. I think they are no big deal, but shift things around and add a few projects in light of actually incurred costs, new FTA guidelines, and a new grant for RIPTA.
