Maybe it was as Dianne says "Mid-Life Crisis" (right after turning 44)
or maybe it was the back pain I started experiencing. Anyhow, I had to
start dieting and working out. Since October 14th I've dropped 31
pounds and I'm down to 144. I'm up to running about 4.5 miles in 45
minutes and I'm targeting 5 miles in 50 minutes. I truly feel so much
better now, no more back pain. Now if I can just stay motivated and
stay with the program....
