Friends,

I apologize I have dropped the ball on the organization of this trip!

We were supposed to be going camping on February 26-28 (Fri-Sun) I believe we can still pull that off, but I wanted to get a feel for who is still interested.

So if you would please let me know if you want to camp on Feb 16-18 OR if you want me to try and reschedule for another date in early March (probably the 12-14^th) OR in Late April.

Please let me know your preference ASAP. AND REPLY TO ALL.

The campsite I am looking at is under the following link http://www.outpostresort.com/home.html

It has both cabins and tent sites. I am working the rates for the cabins.

With all the snow going on in VA we have a huge flux of people coming every weekend from this weekend till the 2nd weekend of March. Hotel Wilson is officially booked and the concierge needs to stick around. I believe they are getting 2 feet of snow as of today and tomorrow. We might need a recoup time in March so I am looking probably at April if the Wilson's are going.
