From the President's Message:

The October meeting is this Friday and one of the most important this year!! Nearly everyone has made up their mind on the national races, but what about the down-ballot propositions, especially Prop 1?

 

Randy Samuelson will give a run down of all of the other props, while Roger Borgelt will present the case FOR Prop 1 (the Med School Bond package), and Don Zimmerman will present the case AGAINST Prop 1.

 

Both have agreed to the format where each will have up to 15 minutes to present their case (Roger, then Don), followed by Q/A from the floor. This is literally one of the biggest bond packages on the Travis County ballot we've seen in years, if ever. Come and get informed!
