Greetings, Fellow Techies:

I'm on this RecessRally mailing list and am joining the teleconference tomorrow to check things out and get information.  I will pass along everything I find out and report.

Is there anyone who is interested in forming a short-term but intense HealthCare Reform Legislation study group?  I would be happy to organize it.**  My concept is this: there are several organizations that are very reputable who are studying the bill.  I would like to gather up that info, study it as a lay person and call on people we know who actually work in healthcare to weigh in.  This is going to be a bit on the quick 'n dirty because August will be the big push/push back month.  I intend to go to the townhalls and gatherings that the Obama camp is organizing (I'm on the Organizing for America mailing list) and simply show up with my well-informed questions and a few hundred of my best friends.  Ok, maybe a dozen of you.
