Online Wine Store

Has anyone had any good experiences buying wine online in Australia?
I've tried several stores so far and generally they are slow to
deliver and their staff doesn’t really seem to know their wines. My
friend recommended WebCellars who claim to be one of Australia's
leading <a href=" http://www.webcellars.com.au"><b>online wine stores</
b></a> but what I think someone should do is start a review site where
there is some kind of star rating for best service, best prices,
fastest delivery times etc and that then users can vote. That would
take a lot of headaches out of choosing the best place to <a
href="http://www.webcellars.com.au/white-wine-c3_12.html">buy wine
