There is 'breaking news" that the Lyondell plant at Lawndale & Allen Genoa just this side of Pasadena (i.e. technically in Houston) and next to Manchester.
http://abc13.com/news/large-plant-fire-prompts-shelter-in-place/1282460/What I wanted is confirmation that what the tv news (either ch. 2 or 13) labelled as high sulfur oil is actually Tar Sands. IF SO, THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS PUTTING OUT A PRESS RELEASE:
1) label this correctly as Tar Sands
2) cite that we the public are banned from information on toxic substances in oil & byproducts of refining of Tar Sands.
3) how can a notice that there are no polllutants in air be given ( as was given on news) when we have an info blockade on Tar Sands?
I don't even have all the specifics on whether there are other types of high sulfur oil that is not Tar Sands, and to cite sources of info blockade. Can someone get on this?
