All vehicles in the state should have telematics units installed and most of the major providers have automated emissions reporting, its one of the reasons i have buy in to install them in the Harvard fleet…

Either they dont have telematics, which means there is no asset tracking of state vehicles (a major issue) or they do, but nobody feels like running a simple report…which is more likely
