Street Design Guide Survey Open Through April 24


On Wednesday evening, the Mobility Planning & Coordination Committee and the Department of Public Works held a second public forum on the Town’s effort to develop a Street Design Guide.



The presentation gave an overview on how Needham’s streets fit into different categories and how this work will help shape the guide, how different “zones” within each street type (e.g. sidewalk, bike infrastructure, roadway, and curbside use) and how priorities could be set for each street type.


A survey was launched at the end of the forum to solicit feedback from the community. It will remain open through April 24. For more information on this initiative, including a link to the recording of Wednesday night’s forum, please click the button below.
