Friday, the House of Representatives is considering H.R. 5325, the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act for FY2013.  During this process, amendments to this bill will be considered and one of these amendments will be an amendment filed by Rep. Rob Woodall (R-GA).  The amendment would require all companies who receive federal loans, loan guarantees, grants, etc., as a result of the Act to use E-Verify.

Please call your U.S. Representative and urge him/her to support the Woodall E-Verify amendment to the Energy and Water Appropriations Act when it is voted on.
