In an election-year ploy, the Obama Administration has implemented much of the DREAM Act amnesty by executive action. About 800,000 illegal aliens will be covered by the new policy. Especially during a time when so many Americans are out of work, should we be encouraging even more illegal immigration with another amnesty?
