Post your hands and discuss strategy and whether or not you made the
correct play. Expect criticism...lol.

Criticize me if you like. I play nothing but pocket pairs from 7's to
Aces. Will also only play A-Q A-K. I will play A-J / A-10 if they are
suited.

Thanks

To me thats a little to tight, I guess it would depend on the type of
game. But I know that if you were at my table it wouldn't take long to
peg ya for a rock, then you wouldn't get any action on your monster
hands. I believe a scattered crazy play makes for bigger payouts in the
long run, try a raise with 67(suited) sometime or pocket 2's, lol
especially now that you are most likely established as a tight player.
you raise pre flop now and everyone thinks you have a big holding, but
what if you raise now with small connectors and you flop trips flush,
straight, or a massive draw no one is putting you on those small cards.
thus your betting comes across as you trying to recover your pre flop
raise. Try It. It won't kill ya, and you know how the old saying goes
if it doesn't kill ya, it only makes you stronger!

I used to think playing like that was a good way, worked for a while
and still does ( to a degree). I have learned that my position allows
me to play weaker hands and get a return from them. For exanple try
playing some weaker hands when you are in late acting positions. If
you can limp in for the cost of the big blind (with not many player to
act after you) and dont get raised, it is somtimes worth playing hands
besides what you have listed. Even somthing like a 9-8 can turn into a
big hand.
