Newfoundland Laws Regarding Poker

I was wondering if it is possible to start charity casino's in
Newfoundland. It was implemented in Ontario until they legalized
casinos.

The casino would have to move location every so often, like two weeks
or so. But as long as a certain percentage of the income was donated to
charity I wonder if it would be legal?

Something like that (Charity Poker Games) was just started up in NS.
But the RCMP shut it down. I don't know all the details. I think It
was in the town of New GLasgow.
