I have recently been exposed to NLP through Paraliminals and Rex Steven
Sikes, and would like to find out more about NLP. What websites, books
or CDs do y'all recommend that would give a good introduction to what
it is, how to get trained in it, etc?

Hi Carmen,
Your first stop should be the book "NLP: The New Technology of
Achievement" by Steve Andreas and Charles Faulkner. It's a good
introduction to NLP and has some powerful exercises you can try.
