Hello everyone in New Haven.rb,

There's enough pure Ruby interest in northern CT that we're starting
the Hartford Ruby Brigade!

The group is just now forming, and a lot of details are being worked
out. If you would like to be involved in helping shape the group
please come and join us! If not, we will send another announcement to
this list when the first meeting is scheduled.

We plan on having revolving (and guest) speakers, and hopefully a
suitable place for projecting presentations.
