seeking a highly-motivated expert Ruby on Rails expert to come and
spread their developer_fu on MyPunchbowl.com.

Who you are:
* You have a strange, maybe a little unnatural, affection for Ruby on
Rails. You even know about all of the latest gems, plugins, and
goings on in the Internets about Ruby and Rails.
* You are energetic, opinionated, and creative ... all tempered with
a liberal dose of pragmatism.
* You have strong XHTML/CSS skills.
* You have solid Javascript skills and are comfortable with
Prototype, Low Pro, and script.aculo.us.
* You understand how to respond when confronted with the
statement, "Rails can't scale".
* You don't fear the command-line, deployment, servers, etc.
* You know what these words mean: SQL, ERB, RJS, YAML, REST,
Capistrano, Memcached, Mongrel.
* You have at least 6 months experience working on real Rails apps.
* You know how to pronounce 'nginx'.
* You enjoy regularly being called "the talent".
* You live within a 45 minute drive of Framingham, MA.
