Opening Networked Learning Group

This Networked learnig Rights group (NLR) has been closed, only to get
the initial conversation focused on commonalities of how we can
operate in the networked learnig enviroment as a small group of
educators before opening up. I think thats done now, the group should
now be opened :-)

There is also an associated wiki for collectively working on a charter
for NLR
