OCTGN

OCTGN (http://octgn.net/) is an online framework for playing CCGs. It's not the most user friendly thing in the world and because of it's use of WPF is currently Windows only (Though I got it running on an XP VM on my mac). Recently a fine chap has built a plugin for A:NR for use with OCTGN (also not super user friendly, but playable) (https://github.com/db0/Android-Netrunner-OCTGN).

It's a great place to find a pickup game if you don't want to schlep over to CK or the Raygun Lounge.
