no human contact at Netflix!!

I think Netflix is run by automated baboons!!!

 

there's no Human Being to contact - - and they never acknowledge questions or complaints -  there's nobody home!!

 

they don't follow the order of your queue - - there's nobody home!!

 

and have a half hour of commercials - they call them "previews" - that you can't SKIP!!

 

I've given up discs without watching them because of this - - there's nobody home!!

 

I'm not paying them for their commercials!!!     there's nobody home!!

 

With all the negativity around them now, I sure hope they'll clean up their act!!
