to Netflix Complaints
Having been a Netflix member for a long time, I have only one major
complaint--major enough to convince me to switch to Blockbuster:
EXCESSIVE WAITING TIME FOR NEW MOVIES! It's hard to believe, but a
particular film that became available for rental has been #1 in my
Queue for nearly two months! Outrageous! And I'm paying $25 per
month for the 4-film exchange.
