I had been a Netflix customer for a few years, but finally became
disgusted enough to cancel last week. In my experience, Netflix
throttled long-term customers, sent unwatchable disks, and just had
generally poor customer service. The longer I was a customer, the
worse their service became. Vote with your feet, folks--put them out
of business.
