I want to create a setup for my plug in which have been made from your
API using visual studio .net 2008.
Is there any help/manual of how to do this??
Can i create a setup from visual studio.
Do i have to put launcher.exe as a prerequisite??
If a can't create a setup im afraid of my company cant buy your
product.

We do not provide a manual for creating a setup, the required info to
create a setup for a plugin made with OEAPI is given in the Deployment
instructions.
Yes, your package must include the launcher.exe (or a custom equivalent), and your setup must add this file to be executed on windows startup, to have it running on memory, so it can detect every time OE/WM is launched.
