OEAPI Standard Edition Released as Freeware

Hello everybody,

We are glad to announce the release of the Standard Edition of OEAPI as Freeware from now on.

OEAPI Standard allows to create EXE and DLL plugins for Outlook Express and Windows Mail. DLL plugins run inside the same address space of this email clients.
OEAPI Standard interacts with OE and WM storage systems from a higher level than using IStoreFolder and IStoreNamespace interfaces.
It can be used to create toolbars and to add buttons of different styles, with tooltips, sub-buttons and separators, on the main window.
It can also add menu items, sub-menu items and separators.
It allows to create, rename, move and delete folders, and to handle folder events such as:
    OnNewMessage, OnMessageDeleted, OnFolderCreated, OnFolderDeleted, OnFolderRenamed, OnFolderMoved and OnFolderUnreadChanged.
It allows to browse, create, copy, move, delete and modify messages: Add, remove and save bodies and attachments, add, remove and change message's properties and headers.
It is implemented as COM objects that can be accessed from any high level languages such as VB, VB .NET, C++, C# .NET and Delphi. Demo applications and projects in this languages are included on the package.
