registry for that info on the
CURRENT_USER\IDENTITIES\{%ID%}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\ keys

In Windows Mail that key doesnt exist in registry.

Ok with Outlook Express but with Windows Mail there isnt such a
registry key.
Is there a way to get default account from windows mail??

That information is easily found over the internet, on Windows Mail the default account is stored on this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\IAM

Microsoft\IAM and default mail account name has value account(B4DE73E5-8667-4B00-91D8-D3FCC5292123).oeaccount

How can i get an string in mail format x...@xxxx.xxx  from the above value??

You can look for that default account file, for example on:
C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders\account(B4DE73E5-8667-4B00-91D8-D3FCC5292123).oeaccount
