How to find out which account is the default account

Hi,
I know OEAPI does not give access to the account settings of OE.
I can get all settings from "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft
\Internet Account Manager\Accounts".
But I don't know how to find out what account is the default account.
Because I need to get the SMTP / FROM (sender) address of the default
account.

Does anyone here know how to get that address?
