"Copy to folder..." in File Menu

Hello,

I am using OEAPI evaluation version, but my company plans to buy it so
we can develop an OE/WM Plugin.

In OE/WM, if you open a new message window (using Create Mail), there
is a "Copy to folder..." position in the File menu.
It saves a copy of the message from message window to selected folder.

1. Is it possible to perfom such an action in OEAPI?

2. If not, is there another way to obtain a message id when I have the
message window id?
