Problem with Windows Mail while creating oeapi object to invoke WM

Dear OEAPI Team,

i am using oeapi standard v3.2.3 .i have created application on .net
framework 2.0 using C# window application. this app sending message in
xp correctly and outlook express start as app start. but when trying
to run same application on vista i am getting following error when
trying to invoke windows mail using the code OEAPI.OEAPIOb objOEAPI =
new OEAPI.OEAPIObj();
Error found:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID
{12BAF138-264C-464B-9D58-C83B-3781DD4C} failed due to the following
error : 80080005

Hi Sundheer,

It seems you have some problem on your application, it does not seem a
problem in OEAPI.
We would need more information about this issue:
Does the included C# EXE or DLL demo work on your Vista?
If it does, can you find the difference between your app and the demo?
Are you making an EXE or a DLL plugin?
