CookiePie 1.0.4 doesn't work with windows

Hi!
I've installed CookiePie 1.0.4 for Firefox 3.5.2.
Cookies are partitioned for tabs but NOT for windows
(windows are created by javascript "window.open").
Instead the previous version 1.0.3 for Firefox 3.0
worked fine.
Can you help me?
