"Jessica Reznicek Update" Dec 2024 via pacis p. 8 by Frank Cordaro
"3 years, 4 months down on an 8 year sentence"
Good news.
Jess tells us her clemency attorney visited her and they are going to file for her clemency after the election, no matter who wins. A big thank you to Mark Osler, Professor of Law at University of St. Thomas in Minn. He is
Jess’s lead clemency attorney.
She also wanted me to tell folks she regularly gets notices from the prison mail room of mail sent to her being rejected. The restrictions on Jess because of her domestic terrorist enhancement is a large portion of her
limited restrictions.
On a day to day basis, she’s doing well. She likes her recycling job. She’s designated as a cafeteria worker with access to as much coffee and food as she wants. No small thing.
Thanks to all who donated to Jess’s Prison Fund - We are able to send a few thousand dollars to Jess’s inmate’s friends on the outside and keep giving Jess $400 a month so she can keep doing good deeds on the inside.
(We paid out over $26,000 to Jess and her friends the last 3 yrs 4 mo. About 1/3 went directly to Jess in her Prison Account - the rest given to friends of friends of Jess locked up with her. Please keep giving. This means a lot to Jess and the people she is helping.)
Please Keep Giving:

*News from Waseca
Federal Prison
Last month, Waseca County News reported
that the Waseca facility was facing scrutiny
over allegations that it has failed to protect
inmates from synthetic drugs and abused
the rights of some prisoners. A report on the
matter said that the institution is well-run but
faces severe staffing shortages. .
