Hello dear Catholic Worker movement friends!

I'm emailing to extend an invitation to each of you to join an incredible online learning community.

The Stuart Center for Mission hosts a program called: Sacred Heart Transformative Learning. I first met this group a couple of years ago at the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice, and since then I have taken courses and now am facilitating as well. Each course brings together both lay people and religious sisters of the Sacred Heart from the US, Canada, and Latin America to learn together through popular education methodology.

I cannot recommend this community highly enough, as it provides an opportunity to meet, learn from, and form bonds with people from many different backgrounds and lived experiences.

Starting next week I’m facilitating an 8-week online course entitled, “Being Human.” In this class we will ask: What does it mean to be fully human in our world today? What systems shape our presence in the world? To whom do I belong?

If you are at all interested, I encourage you to explore the website that shows this course and the others being offered as well. And, it's free!

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like to join, I'd be glad to hear from you!

In peace,
Liam
