You are warmly invited to join DePaul University for the Sixth Annual Berrigan‑McAlister Award Celebration on May 11, 2026, from 6:30–8:00 PM (CDT). This year’s ceremony will take place in person and via livestream, and we hope you will be able to attend.
The Berrigan‑McAlister Award will be presented to Kathy Kelly, a Chicago‑based peace activist and innovator in nonviolence. Kathy Kelly’s lifelong commitment to active nonviolence includes work with the Pledge of Resistance, the Eighth Day Center, Synapses, the Catholic Worker, and many other collective efforts opposing militarism, military intervention, and nuclear weapons. She currently serves as Board President of World Without War, a global volunteer network with more than 170 affiliates and chapters worldwide.
Parking vouchers available for in-person attendees.
Registration is required for both in‑person and livestream attendance and is available at:
