I can rejoice in the win at Bideford, but I am concerned about the way
it was won. NSS lost their claim of a breach of human rights. In
effect the judge dismissed as trivial the harm that Clive Bone
suffered in having to be present at council prayers. Does anyone have
ideas about how we could respond to this?
