First butterflies - mourning cloak and Eastern commas

No real surprise as our temps reached 70° F and sunny, but thefirst butterflies of the season are always special A mourning cloak flew by me at Mendon Ponds Park midday. Later in the afternoon Joan Zeller and I had 4 Eastern commas in 3 different locations in Powder Mills Park. Here’s one.
