Zabulon Skipper??

We have some excitement in Owego NY, specifically Hiawatha Island.  Captain Steve and other Waterman Center staff told me about an odd skipper on the island.  I caught a ride over on Saturday, but had no luck.  They just saw two more today.  These were the photos from two weeks ago.  I am thinking Zabulon Skipper, but I don’t believe we have ever had it here (yet).

 

Hoping someone can confirm.
