NYSEC 2007 Conference

NYC ELA Teachers,

The New York State English Council is having its annual conference
this year in New York City. This year's theme - "Speaking from the
Margin: Critical Literacy and Social Justice". This is a great
opportunity for NYC teachers to present on some of the great things
they are doing in their classroom. The proposal forms are attached.
Please consider proposing a session for the conference or forwarding
this to someone who would be interested. Please also post it on blogs
of interest!

Put the conference in your calendar for November! We want a big
turn-out from NYC teachers!
