Happy Friday!
We've got not one, but two exciting NYCHG meetings next week! The Secondary Fermentation Study Group will meet on Monday, May 14th at 7 pm in the back room of Jimmy's No 43. Yeast master Jason Rodriguez will be our guest and will be discussing his recent pitching rate experiment: http://sciencebrewer.com/2012/01/31/pitching-rate-experiment-part-deux/
Yeasty knowledge will abound that evening. Please feel free to bring your homebrewed creations to share.
The annual Mead Meeting will be the following evening, Tuesday, May 15th at 7:30 pm at Burp Castle. I'll send an e-mail over the weekend with a meeting agenda, club notes, upcoming fun and other good stuff over the weekend.
