For those of you interested in cheese making:
I just signed up for a History, Culture & Science of Cheese class at Brooklyn Brainery (Court & 9th St in Brooklyn). The class meets on April 23 & 30th and is $42. The Brooklyn Brainery classes usually sell out fast, so I recommend signing up immediately if you want to take it.
