Who wants to coordinate the Evite and Invitation process?

We are experiencing some progress in gathering the contact information
on our alumni. We now need for someone who to coordinate the
invitation process. It would be helpful if this person is familiar
with Evite or another invitation program. This Google group may be
equipped to handle it, but I haven't seen the feature here.

Hey Everyone!

Just a little heads up, I am watching airfares, but with the cost of fuel
and flights these days, it may be too cost prohibitive for me and my crew to
make it down there twice in one month. (Family wedding in Dallas the first
weekend of October) Hopefully we will have an up swing between now and then.
