Hackspace in the NW?

Just found this through google, is there a hackspace in the NW at all or anything i can get involved in?

There are hackspace in  Liverpool, Preston, somewhere on the Fylde coast and also in Manchester. And I am seeing one up in Leigh, Lancashire.
