   I have reviewed the draft and I have a few comments. My comments are attached.

   Thank you and your associates for the hard work you had to put in to generate this revision. I know this required a lot of work.

Over the last couple of months the board has reviewed and revised the by-laws of the association for a final vote by the board to ratify. The bulk of the current by-laws date back to 1971 and as you can imagine process wise are very outdated. As currently enacted only the board is required to vote to change the by-laws but because this is your association we want for you to have input into the process.  The highlights are bringing the by-laws to reflect electronic mediums we use today, language changes to help them flow better and changing it so the members have to vote on any changes to the by-laws going forward. 

Please review them and let me know if you have any questions, thoughts or otherwise about them by 1700 on 21 May (Thursday).
