Back to our great news:
Hello dear NU friends,
We are thrilled to share the news that we are PREGNANT!
Our little one is expected to arrive Feb. 21, 2015.
That means that Edith is about 11 weeks along :)
Exciting changes were made in 2013 to the Family laws in BC that mean that Heather will be on the birth certificate as the 2nd parent and doesn’t have to go through the adoption process! Yippeeee!
You may be wondering about how this wee one came about. Here are a few possibilities.
1. We had a visit from a stork- it just flew right into our bedroom.
2. We went out clubbing and don't exactly remember the details (in a classy way)
3. A good friend of ours donated sperm!
4. All of the above
Surprisingly, it is not #4…
#3 it is!
We can’t wait to keep you posted about how things are going. We're keeping this off facebook for right now, so please keep in touch via email/phone/text :)
