Good evening everyone!

Erika here,

Just wanting to touch base with you all and inform you of my withdraw from this year's Next Up Cohort.

This makes me sad that I won't be carrying on to see the end of the program with all of you wonderful people. I want you to know that I have absolutely enjoyed going through this Next Up process with you. Sitting in Circle with you has impacted me in very positive ways & you have all taught me meaningful lessons through your insight.

I feel blessed to have met each and everyone of you!

My school schedule has made it impossible for me to travel to Vancouver for the Monday night sessions. Andrea and I had a check in about it and figured it's best if I step back from the program this round. There is a chance for me to participate in the future, which I am very excited about and honoured to have that opportunity to complete the program when the timing is right ((hopefully next year :)) 

Thank you for your kindness, friendship, generosity and understanding

I very much wish and hope to stay in contact with you guys in which ever ways seems fit

It's sad that we won't get to have you in sessions anymore, but it sounds like it just doesn't fit into your life right now.

Your gracious spirit and warm presence will be missed.  And your "nailed it" motion (miming hammering a nail when someone "nails" a point) has been continuing without you, so in a way you will always be part of the group :)
